About the project
Project 114-23 stands out for its innovative use of asymmetry, a charateristic that defines its modern, minimalist architectural style. This design choice is not only visually appealing, but also functional, optimising the residents' lives.
The asymmetry creates a unique distribution of spaces and windows, which optimises the entry of natural light and offers varied views of the outside environment. This not only enriches the house visually, but also creates a sense of openness and connection with the outside, making the interior spaces cosier and brighter.
The asymmetrical layout of the house allows for greater distinction between social and private areas, enhancing privacy and socialising. This arrangement flows naturally into the choice of Futura products, where the Slide system extends the panoramic views, the Pivot doors give a modern and distinctive touch and the Open windows integrate the outside environment, smoothing the transition between the interior spaces and nature.
This project is an example of how asymmetry can be used effectively in contemporary architecture, resulting in a house that is not only visually impressive, but also practical and comfortable for everyday life.
